RNA Extract protocol:Total RNA was extracted from 103 samples with the Plasma RNA Purification Mini Kit (51000, NorgenBiotek Corporation, Canada), following manufacturer's instructions.
RNA library preparation protocol:Total RNA extracted from 600ul serum was employed with 100 nmol/L of pCp-DY647 and 15 Units of T4 RNA ligase in a total reaction volume of 20 ul at 16°C overnight.
