Sample treatment protocol:Exosomes were isolated by ultracentrifugation from 50-ml urine samples.
RNA Extract protocol:A MiRNeasy Serum/Plasma Kit (QIAGEN, Valencia, CA, USA) was used to extract RNA from urinary exosome samples in accordance with the manufacturer's protocol.
RNA library preparation protocol:Fragmented RNA (the average length was approximately 200 bp) were subjected to first strand and second strand cDNA synthesis following by adaptor ligation and enrichment with a low-cycle according to instructions of NEBNext® Ultra™ RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (NEB, USA).
