All the miRNA expression data sets were collected from publicly available resources. The table below lists data sets collected from GEO database, the GEO series, Cancer Type, GEO platform ID, Pubmed ID, and the total number of samples for each dataset were listed. In addition, data sets collected from TCGA are also included.
