Limma package was used to screen differentially expressed miRNAs (DEMs)
DEMs were identified for experiments of cancer vs normal comparison, cancer vs cancer comparison, cancer subtypes comparison and also cancer grade (ie, metastatsis) comparision, etc.
Other types of expreiments like blood samples from cancer patients, will also be included
